Things have really started to go flaky in parts of the market, as I have been saying. What does it mean when prices are rising, but sales volumes are falling? (!) See, I don’t think that is good.
I’m working on some projects involving what I call core profitability and trying to assess what the shape of the demand curve is here in some neighborhoods.
I’m not in this business to open the laundry room door for you.
