This according to a study just released by Ten-X, an online real estate advertiser.
And they say Florida has four of the five hottest markets in the US.

Now as I have written before… just saying “Fort Lauderdale” doesn’t tell you much. There’s a lot going on here, neighborhood by neighborhood, property type by property type. Real estate in South Florida is not just local, it is hyper-local.
